OVERVIEW
Based on the concept of collaborative economy, Biboss is a community platform that connects people who need to accomplish tasks and find solutions, with people who want to make money and are ready to solve other users' tasks. In just a few steps, users can post a task with all details, receive offers from other trustworthy users, and choose the right person for the job.
CHALLENGE
Present a general UX assessment in terms of the existing app that analyzes its strengths and weaknesses, to propose a strategy to improve certain user flows and design new sections.
